• Accounting Software: "Tally", "TallyPrime", "Busy", and "Vyapar" are registered trademarks of their respective owners. References to these systems on SlipDesk are solely for descriptive compatibility purposes.
• FMCG Brand Names: Brand names referenced in sample demonstrations (e.g. Amul, Britannia, Fortune, Parle-G, Tata Salt, Everest) are trademarks of their respective manufacturers.

2. Frontline Operational Scope (Not Statutory Tax Advice)

SlipDesk is designed specifically as a frontline order intake, vehicle dispatch, and delivery challan printing tool that operates at your billing counter before final accounting entry. SlipDesk does not provide legal, statutory accounting, GST audit, or taxation advisory services. You should continue to consult your Chartered Accountant (CA) or tax advisor and utilize formal accounting ERPs for statutory compliance.

3. Direct Peer-to-Peer UPI Payments (Zero Escrow)

The Bharat UPI QR codes generated by SlipDesk on printable delivery challans and WhatsApp payment reminders encode standard National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) URI strings (upi://pay?pa=...).

• All funds paid by retail shop owners settle directly and immediately into your own bank account.
• SlipDesk does not hold, touch, deduct commissions from, or act as an intermediary escrow for your wholesale customer payments.
• SlipDesk is not liable for incorrect UPI Virtual Payment Addresses (VPAs) entered into distributor business settings.
