Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines prohibited activities when using SlipDesk. This policy is designed to protect our wholesale community, system infrastructure, and retail end-customers from fraud, spam, and technical abuse.

2. Strictly Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use SlipDesk to:

• WhatsApp Spam & Bulk Messaging: Generate unsolicited promotional broadcasts or spam messages to individuals or retailers who have not consented to receive order slips or business communications from your wholesale agency.
• Fraudulent Billing & False GSTINs: Generate fake invoices, forged delivery challans, or misrepresent tax identification numbers (GSTINs) or payment recipients.
• System Exploitation & Scraping: Attempt to probe, scan, breach, or circumvent our multi-tenant Row Level Security (RLS) policies, authentication systems, or rate limits.
• Illegal Trade & Prohibited Goods: Use the order entry desk to facilitate the distribution of contraband, unlicensed pharmaceuticals, or prohibited items under Indian law.
• Account Impersonation: Falsely claim affiliation with other registered distributors, FMCG brand manufacturers, or government tax bodies.
